With so few houses available to purchase right now compared to this time last year, today’s housing market clearly belongs to sellers. Buyers are actively purchasing, so homeowners selling their houses are getting more offers more quickly and often making more money than they would have in years past. This sellers’ market won’t last forever, though.  Today could be the day to start the process of selling your house before the end of the year.
